Dr. Iain Jennings

Managing Director

Iain is a local and internationally experienced leader of change in the electricity industry – including generation, distribution, and electricity retail products and services.

Iain is also an experienced property portfolio manager, with qualifications in Construction, Project management, and Quantity Surveying, and holds a PhD – specialising in project management.

Kaushal Gadkaari

Energy Analyst, Mechanical Engineer

Kaushal is an experienced energy analyst with leadership on energy procurement and the transition to renewables.

His academic experience includes Bachelor of Commerce and Honors in Engineering.

Kuberan Rengasamy Kannan

Energy analyst

Kuberan is an experienced energy analyst with particular focus on the education sector and Power BI.

His experience includes Master of Energy Systems and Bachelor of Technology in Nanotechnology.

Linh (Leslie) Nguyen

Energy analyst, Accountant

Leslie is an energy analyst with a focus on recurring reporting across energy performance, efficiency and solar performance.

Her experience includes a Master of Data Science, Bachelor of Accounting and banking.

Marcus Keam

Energy analyst, Engineer

Marcus is an energy analyst with a focus on solar and HVAC planning and renewal and sustainability.

His experience includes degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business and working across solar, sustainability, local government and automotive industries.

Phuong (Phil) Nguyen

Energy data analyst

Phuong is an energy data analyst with a specialist focus on data and business intelligence within 1Circle.

His experience includes a Master of Business and Bachelor in Financial Economics and Data Analytics.

Sean Andersen

Senior Energy analyst

Sean is an experienced senior energy analyst with particular focus on the industrial, residential and commercial sectors.  He has product leadership on solar delivery.

His experience includes key roles as a process improvement and quality engineer and has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Xiaozhuo Zhang

Energy analyst

Xiaozhuo is a recent graduate in Actuarial studies working as an energy analyst.  She brings excellent data investigation and financial analysis skills.  She is also working on further integration of statistical and artificial intelligence applications within service delivery.

Zhenyu Xie

Energy analyst

Zhenyu is a specialist data and business intelligence analyst in the 1circle team.

His experience includes a business intelligence degree and Master of Business.
